I ordered Birkenstock sandals ( best sandals I’ve ever owned! ) from Shippy Shoes, and they arrived the next day! About 28 hours later to be exact. Even though I live about 45 minutes away, which would have been 1 1/2 hours round trip, that is super fast shipping! My shoes were packed well and checkout was a breeze. Thank you. :)

I have issues with my feet. The knowledgeable sales people are always willing to help and keep trying until you find a pair that works for you. They will analyze your gait and make sure you get a pair that is comfortable and protect your feet while you pound them on the pavement. Expect a wait as they try to spend ample time listening to you and helping you try on several pair. Best to go during the day in the middle of the week or better yet call ahead and make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I drove 72 miles to see if this store could help me find a pair of running shoes. The staff was friendly and measured my feet to get my size. They then analyzed my stride and walking style and assisted me in selecting a the correct style of shoe that would best suit my needs. I had such a good experience with the staff who helped me with my shoes, that I ended up buying a pair of work boots while I was there. Again, same routine. The staff inquired about my profession, identified my needs and set me up with a boot that was designed for my line of work. Finally I stopped to see if they had any work boot socks. They unfortunately did not have what I needed in my size. Completely understandable with the supply chain issues that are happening. What they did do though, was offer to order the socks in for me. I anticipated them to show up in a few weeks when they came back in stock. Boy was I wrong. 4 days later the items show up on my front door shipped to my home. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Shippy Shoes. This will be the only place I buy footwear in the future. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. We need more great local small businesses like these. Keep up the great work

The service here is great. I walked in and they greeted me in a pleasant way. They offered to measure my feet, but I apprehensive. I accepted, and they measured. I thought I was a size 8, but they measured me a size nine! I now accurately know my shoe size. They had a great selection in tennis shoes. The arches in the shoes are absolutely fabulous. I left with a nicely fitted, stylish, and reasonably priced pair of shoes. I will be coming back.

Went to look at new safety shoes for work, found a pair of Timerland Pro shoes that I liked so I bought them, very happy with the helpful, kind service I received. Great selection too. Lots of selections with wide sizes which are sometimes hard to find at other retailers. Personalized service from the young lady who helped me out.

I was there this morning to buy a pair of Brooks. My salesperson was absolutely the best. I knew exactly what I wanted, but we talked, tried on several pair and she patiently helped me make the perfect decision. I can't remember being treated by any business as well as she treated me. I was so happy to do business with a non chain store, that I've waited to visit Shippy Shoes. The wonderful salesperson was a woman with long hair. Absolutely a wonderful employee, and great experience. Thank you.

What a pleasant surprise! I'd never heard of Shippy but family was in visiting from out of state and having foot pain from too tight shoes. We're given a speedy, free orthotic evaluation ( which I already knew was needed) and several choices of shoes. I found both ladies I dealt with to be very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient with us. Current styles shoe selection plus huge discount room in the back. I Highly recommend Shippy Shoes & will be returning for another purchase. :)

Very happy with my purchases today. I went in looking for a good pair of walking/jogging athletic shoes. They watched how I walked and picked a few pairs for me to try on, specifically for the way I walked. Alyxis quickly discovered I have been wearing the wrong size and we went from there. She brought me 3 pairs to try and I walked out with 2 new pair. I can't wait to try them on my walks!! Great service and selection of shoes.

Great experience here! Sam was knowledgeable, helpful, and so nice with helping us find the best walking shoes for our feet type. Really fair prices - especially when you consider they have pedorthists on staff that can help you find the exact product you need. We’ll be back! Thank you! Walked in, told the guys what I needed, they checked out my gait, made some recommendations off of what I was looking for, and I bought the first pair I tried on that they suggested. Was in and out in 15 minutes and they offer a great military discount. Awesome place to get PERFORMANCE quality shoes at competitive prices.
